TORSO CARRIES
Torso carries can be very hard to perfect and get right. I am still learning these. As I like to rock a double hammock rebozo a lot, I find that it is easiest for me to adapt this to a torso carry, with a video below explaining more. I find that torso carries can be useful when you need full use of your arms, but as I am still learning this, it does become quite tiresome on my back, as I think I stick my bum out to try and hold bub up too (haha!). Please remember to always practice with a toy first, and over a soft service with a spotter, with use of a mirror (if you can) until you feel confident.
Kanga Carry
This is probably the most common torso carry, although I definitely have not been able to perfect it.
